Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement group, you will be responsible for generating high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and creating new business opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, creativity, and industry expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional Sales Leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute joint campaigns and events to drive demand generation.
- Engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation in a technology or ITES environment.
- Proven experience engaging with senior leadership in large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and enterprise buying behavior.
- Familiarity with AI-led services and digital transformation solutions.
