IT Service Management Solution Developer

\

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and maintain custom workflows, forms and applications within the BMC Remedy AR System.

\

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing and maintaining BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Design, develop and maintain custom workflows, forms and applications within the BMC Remedy AR System.\
  • Customize and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, etc.) to meet business requirements.\
  • Integrate Remedy with external systems using web services, APIs or custom connectors.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Remedy environment, including performance tuning and bug fixes.\
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations and code changes.\
  • Support upgrades, patching and migration activities.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security and business units.\
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:\
    • \
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.\
    • Strong experience in Remedy Developer Studio.\
    • Good understanding of ITIL processes and workflows.\
    • Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB, Smart IT and SRM (Service Request Management).\
    • Knowledge of web services, REST/SOAP integrations and JavaScript.\
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.\
