Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing business strategies, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, attending industry events, presenting proposals, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiating skills
  • Market Research and Market Analysis skills
  • Presentation and Proposal Writing skills
  • Sales and Marketing collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the cybersecurity and IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Requirements:

  • Graduate with IT Infra/Software knowledge
  • 4 - 6 years of Sales experience (Cybersecurity Domain Preferred)
  • Strong selling & communication skills
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity/IT tools are a plus
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
