Senior Optical Design Expert

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your advanced knowledge of optical design and simulation in the creation of cutting-edge systems for various industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex optical designs using SPEOS and Zemax Optic Studio software.
  • Develop and validate optical models for lens systems, surfaces, and optimization tolerancing.
  • Conduct stray light analysis and identify ghost images, scattering, reflections, and diffraction effects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative optical solutions.
  • Generate clear technical reports and presentations for internal and client reviews.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Optics, Physics, Photonics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in non-sequential ray tracing, ghost analysis, scatter modeling.
  • Experience in optical material properties, coatings, and surfaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of automotive lighting, optics, ODX export, mechanical designs.
  • Familiarity with Python for post-processing, automation, or analysis.
