Job Title: System Designer

We are seeking a skilled System Designer to join our team. As a System Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new washing system solutions for India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new washing system solutions for India and global markets.
  • Apply analytical tools for USP development and algorithm development in home appliances.
  • Identify and resolve potential risks through DFMEA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
  • Take into account consumer and process partner requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product/technology development and testing in the home appliances domain.
  • Knowledge of global energy and performance standards (AHAM, IEC 60456, IS Standards).
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of fluid dynamics and detergent chemistry.
  • Good communication, project, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within India/S. Korea or other parts of the world.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of system programming languages (Python preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of interfacing sensors (analog and digital).
  • Experience with design/CAD software and refrigeration/Air condition cycle.
  • Exposure and experience in Six-Sigma (black belt preferred).
  • Working experience with global teams.
  • Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
