With 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service centers, and sales and service offices in multiple countries, we have around 2,200 employees, including over 600 R&D engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform regular on-site technical support and remote technical assistance for PCS/BESS products, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and optimal system performance.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide guidance to customers to resolve simple faults independently.
- Manage on-site spare parts inventory and track their status to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and organize feedback to enhance our services.
- Familiarize yourself with our PCS/BESS products' working principles, power distribution diagrams, and user manuals to provide basic training to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and submit reports on time.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Fluency in English as a primary working language
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with central PCS or BESS
- Possibility of being based in Rajasthan
