Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful professional to fill the role of Growth Associate. This position involves ideating, running, and optimizing growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Experiments: Develop and execute growth experiments to drive business growth.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospects through targeted outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Create compelling content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) to capture attention and build trust.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and social channels to increase visibility.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis
- Proven ability to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, and driving growth initiatives
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools is desirable
