Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional. This full-time role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the Aerospace Engineering domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively utilize multiple hiring channels, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including Success Factor, Internal search engines (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and professional networks.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' potential match for Aerospace engineering roles.
  • Coordination and Reporting: Work closely with business leads to schedule tests, set up interviews, and maintain accurate records of recruitment progress. Provide regular reporting on work progress to team leaders in a defined format.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract diverse talent pools, leveraging social media platforms, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and HR Metrics: Collect and analyze relevant data to inform talent acquisition decisions, utilizing HR metrics to measure success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Proven experience in recruiting and attracting top talent for technical roles.
  • Interviewing and Screening: Strong interviewing and screening skills, with ability to identify top candidates.
  • Job Fairs and Recruitment Events: Experience participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Compliance with Employment Laws: Understanding of employment laws and regulations, with ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Human Resources Management Software: Proficient in using HR management software to track candidate pipelines and manage recruitment processes.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality: Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
