Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) Role
">">As a Sales and Operations Planning (SNOP) expert, you will lead the end-to-end SNOP process, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes coordinating monthly meetings with cross-functional teams to review forecasts, capacity, and inventory levels.

- Develop and implement strategies to manage inventory levels, reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory, and minimize holding costs.">
Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather insights and data for accurate demand forecasting. You will use advanced forecasting techniques to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual demand plans.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.">
- Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize forecasting, planning, and overall supply chain performance.">
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stockouts, and order fulfillment rates.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.">
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.">
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.">
