Telecom Network Specialist Role

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Voice NOC & Technical Assistance Center team. This role involves supporting and managing voice/telecom networks, troubleshooting VoIP services, and collaborating with global vendors and carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for telecom services from ticket creation to resolution.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free Services, Long Distance, and Audio Conferencing.
  • Diagnose VoIP call issues, monitor network entities, and perform proactive monitoring on Dialogic NGN, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, and other telecom hardware.
  • Collaborate with vendors on T1/T3 circuits, conduct head-to-head testing, and investigate and resolve fraud-related cases.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, provide timely updates, and troubleshoot VoIP features in a 24/7 rotational environment.

This role requires strong knowledge of CUCM, SIP/SS7 protocols, SBCs, NGN, and VoIP troubleshooting, familiarity with telecom hardware, certifications such as CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities.
