Global Scientific Conference Coordinator

As a Conference Research Specialist, you will be responsible for discovering and documenting scientific conferences taking place globally. This role demands meticulous research skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research the internet for global scientific conferences in various fields, including medical, tech, AI, research, and cognitive science.
- Document conference details, such as name, date, location, website link, type of science/field, committee information, and important deadlines, in Google Sheets.
- Ensure each conference is unique and not duplicated.
- Organize the information in a clear and easy-to-use format.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Excellent online research skills and ability to find relevant information.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Basic English writing skills.
