Digital Media Manager

This role requires a strategic and creative individual to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, their strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
