About the Role
  • This key position will lead comprehensive performance analysis across paid media channels, leveraging expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • The successful candidate will develop and own advanced analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks to enhance leadership visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that fuel measurable business growth.
  • This role will collaborate with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Responsibilities also include conducting in-depth analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc., as well as advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with strong communication abilities, are necessary to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
