Job Title: Digital Media Campaign Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Media Campaign Manager to lead our team in setting up and executing digital media campaigns across various channels. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital media campaigns, with a strong understanding of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and translate analysis into actionable business strategies.

This exciting opportunity will involve guiding your team in implementing quality frameworks to maintain high standards, closely monitoring day-to-day operations, and identifying areas for improvement. You will troubleshoot campaign tracking issues, determine training needs to ensure smooth account/project transitions, and evaluate team concerns to minimize potential risks.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setup and execution of digital media campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintain high-quality work through effective application of quality frameworks.
  • Closely monitor daily operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues and implement solutions.
  • Determine training needs to ensure smooth account/project transitions.
  • Evaluate team concerns and provide insights to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory).
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with at least 1 year of experience using the CM 360 ad server.
  • Familiarity with third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and translate analysis into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and recognition as a subject matter expert.
