About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Consultant + Operations Manager to lead our consulting and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultant across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting
  • Deliver expert advisory to clients on accuracy, compliance, and benefits
  • Oversight of daily operations, guiding interns and executives to meet deadlines and maintain quality
  • Collaboration with sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems
  • Client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables managed with complete ownership
  • Mentorship of team members, setting performance standards, and ensuring operational discipline and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred)
  • A dynamic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence
