**Job Title:** Global Sr Operations Manager
">As a Global Senior Operations Manager, you will develop and implement global quality assurance strategies for the scheduling workstream. This role involves acting as a recognized expert and collaborative leader for a team of Quality Managers.
">- You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the scheduling workstream.
- This includes developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
">- Leading a team of Quality Managers to drive quality excellence across the scheduling workstream.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, operations management).
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role.
