About the Role

This pivotal position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery within the workstream.

The ideal candidate will be a recognized expert in quality assurance strategies leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review quality trends weekly/monthly/quarterly by teams, regions and workstream to ensure process optimization.
  • Leverage a robust Quality framework to identify trends, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations to modify framework and processes to mitigate future risk and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of global Quality Managers and have oversight of Auditors to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ensure knowledge and best practice sharing activities across Quality teams within the account.
  • Develop short, medium and long-term strategies aligned with business goals for the Quality team, aligning with Senior Leadership to meet assigned KPIs/SLAs and initiatives.
  • Establish metrics, goals and expected performance levels of all teams providing feedback and coaching where appropriate.
  • Manage action-planning based on data analysis ensuring QA adherence to committed actions and tracking outcomes.
  • Partner with Operational Excellence and Training teams on strategic initiatives and efficiency goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field required.
  • 6+ years of Quality Assurance, RPO and operational leadership experience with demonstrated successes within a complex organization.
  • 3+ years of managing professional Quality Assurance teams within a client service role.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, green belt certification preferred.
