Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

As a highly skilled project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our engineering projects.

  • Project Delivery and Management

    • Plan, track, and deliver complex engineering projects utilizing industry-standard tools and software.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive accountability for on-time delivery.

  • Collaboration with Leadership

    • Work closely with senior leaders to set technical priorities, resolve blockers, and adapt to fast-changing business needs.
    • Participate in regular leadership check-ins to review status, report risks, and align on goals.

  • Technical Expertise

    • Apply a strong understanding of full-stack development principles to drive project forward.
    • Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders—translating requirements into executable plans.

  • Communication and Teamwork

    • Organize and lead team meetings, ensuring clear communication on priorities, goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Ensure a culture of transparency and high performance within the team.

  • Risk and Issue Management

    • Identify risks early and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Bring innovative ideas to improve processes, tools, and collaboration practices.
    • Implement best practices for SaaS delivery in a high-growth environment.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience: 1+ years in a similar project coordination role in a SaaS or engineering environment.
    • Hands-on familiarity with full-stack development principles and industry-standard tools.
    • Skills: Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking skills. Strong technical understanding and problem-solving ability. Outstanding English communication skills.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, Agile) a plus.
