Senior Project Coordinator Role

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with project managers and senior project managers to drive project success.

This role involves taking ownership of small projects and providing support for larger ones. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures while maintaining clear objectives for each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Support: Attend project control groups meetings and assist the project manager in creating accurate reports.
  • Technology Implementation: Drive the effective use of JLL technologies such as Atlas and Prolog.
  • Budget Management: Forecast project expenditure and ensure that each process remains within reasonable costs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and balancing those with business objectives.
  • Revenue & Payment Management: Ensure project revenue and payment cycles are properly managed.
  • Consultant & Vendor Management: Manage professional consultants and vendors for project design and documentation.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and distribute project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in a property-related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage client relationships, and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Leadership: Ability to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
