We are from the Grocery and Everyday Essentials team in India. We're working on a ground-up initiative for an upcoming fast-growing e-commerce space in India. This job requires a smart and result-oriented individual to grow our business. About the Role

This Digital Marketing Strategist will conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various owned and paid channels. They will strategize campaign objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation to achieve desired marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to track metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.

About the Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions in India.
