Key HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive business success by partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

This includes managing employee relations, addressing issues, facilitating conflict resolution, driving talent acquisition efforts, implementing performance management processes, developing training programs, analyzing HR metrics, and supporting organizational change initiatives.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
