**Quality Assurance Lead: Driving Excellence in Product and Service Delivery**

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across various product and service offerings. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodologies and IT service management operations is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process can be beneficial in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results.
