About the Role

We are seeking a fundraising professional to implement an action-oriented annual strategy and establish relationships with key stakeholders to secure revenue for philanthropic efforts.

You will work closely with leaders to build a pipeline of support from diverse sources, including individuals, foundations, corporates, and other funding entities. This role requires regular interfacing with senior management to advance organizational goals.

You will lead a team responsible for meeting annual fundraising targets through a coherent approach engaging all key stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a roadmap and strategy for our fundraising efforts with clear short-, medium-, and long-term objectives based on shared vision and desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and deliver results. They will have a Master's degree in business, Social Sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in leadership positions. Experience in social or development sector organizations is preferred.
