We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with demonstrated proficiency in financial software.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a real impact on our clients' financial success. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, including tax compliance and budgeting.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of financial issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with demonstrated proficiency in financial software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
