Finance Transformation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Engineer to help drive the next generation of finance transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Transaction Matching, supporting automated reconciliations, compliance, and global financial reporting accuracy.

Combining functional expertise with technical build skills (configuration, reporting, integrations), you will work with a team shaping the ERP/EPM landscape for one of the world's leading telecom enterprises.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations and automated matching of high-volume transactions, implementing Transaction Matching rules and automation for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations, developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into reconciliation status, compliance, and exceptions, building and maintaining key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents, partnering with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes, supporting integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERP–EPM–third-party systems, ensuring full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology – development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support, and providing production support, resolving incidents, and driving performance optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ARCS and Transaction Matching concepts and technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex finance transformation projects.
  • Excellent technical build skills, including configuration, reporting, and integration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
