Senior Legal Associate Job Description

The role of Senior Legal Associate involves drafting and negotiation of various agreements including production service agreements, license agreements, acquisition agreements, contracts, SAAS agreements etc.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drafting and negotiation of agreements.
    • Vetting/reviewing all forms of agreements and contracts.
    • Advising business teams on legal and commercial issues.
    • Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.
    • Handling non-litigation work.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation capabilities.
    • Ability to manage a demanding workload with strict deadlines.
    • L.L.B degree.
    • At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts.
