About Us:

We are a dynamic organization managing multiple OTT platforms in India, providing a vast array of entertainment options to our users. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Media Lawyer to join our team.

Role Description:

1. Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including but not limiting to Production Service Agreements, License Agreements, Acquisition Agreement, Contracts, SAAS Agreements etc

2. Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements and Contracts.

3. Advising business team on various legal and related commercial issues pertaining

4.Drafting and replying to notices and complaints

5. Handling all forms of Non Litigation work.

The candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload with strict deadlines. The Candidate must have knowledge of laws relating to media and entertainment industry working. Should have excellent communication skills along with negotiation capabilities.

Qualifications:

L.L.B, atleast 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in media and entertainment industry.
