Job Opportunity: Senior Lead Engineer

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Lead Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of leading property and market data insights.

The role requires strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data pipelines, data consumption, data analysis and documentation, and experience with modern software development techniques.

We are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with business stakeholders, understand business, customer and consumer needs, and provide appropriate data solutions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in mentoring other engineers in a collaborative agile team environment.

About the Role:
  • Leading or significantly contributing to initiatives with strategic focus and value
  • Solving deep, complex technical problems in ways that enable other team members to learn and extend
  • Supporting the Engineering Manager/Tech Lead in setting the technical direction
  • Providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the team
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users, writing, testing and documenting code according to REA Engineering standards and practices.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in designing solutions that scale and perform for millions of users and experience with modern software development techniques.
