Job Title: Deputy Vice President Cyber Innovation

Cyber innovation and simulation are at the forefront of our organization's digital transformation. We seek a visionary leader to drive strategic innovation, simulate real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerate the development of emerging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement and operational models.
  • Drive strategic relationships to implement and operate the innovation lab.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies into existing frameworks.
  • Promote the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase new technologies.
  • Research and assess emerging cybersecurity technologies to identify potential applications and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 8-10 years in cyber innovation and simulation.
  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains and emerging trends.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think strategically and align innovation efforts with business objectives.
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and emerging threats.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • An advanced degree in cybersecurity or information technology is preferred.
