Mainframe Professionals Wanted for High-Performing Team

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking highly skilled Mainframe Developers to join our team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of mainframe architecture and operations, including:

  • z/OS Operating System: Proficiency in z/OS, including its components and functionalities.
  • JCL (Job Control Language): Ability to write and manage JCL scripts for job processing.
  • TSO/ISPF: Experience with Time Sharing Option/Interactive System Productivity Facility for interacting with the z/OS system.
  • RACF (Resource Access Control Facility): Knowledge of security and access control using RACF.
  • SDSF (System Display and Search Facility): Skills in monitoring and managing system resources.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, and REXX.
  • Database Management: Experience with mainframe databases like DB2 and IMS.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues.
  • Networking: Understanding of mainframe networking concepts and protocols.
  • System Utilities: Familiarity with various z/OS utilities and tools.
  • Performance Tuning: Skills in optimizing system performance and resource utilization.
  • Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
