Operations Role Overview:
This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to operational processes, stakeholder management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions, ensuring smooth workflows with sales, academic and ground teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations by managing student onboarding inventory, school readiness etc.
- Coordinate effectively with teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.
- Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
