  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Communication preferred).\
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer support/executive roles (preferably app or tech industry).\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.\
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.\
  • Empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.\
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred.\
