**System Administrator - Verint Expertise Required**

As a skilled System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Work Force Optimization platforms in multiple environments. Your key responsibilities will include consulting with clients to extract business requirements and providing technical solutions.

  • Design, build, deploy and configure Work Force Optimization platforms in various settings.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their business needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations.

**Key Responsibilities Continued:**

  • Develop and review best practice implementation processes for efficient project delivery.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members in a timely manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration.
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices.
  • Knowledge of JAVA Enterprise frameworks, app servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc., MS SQL database structure and administration.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS's and associated technologies.
