Job Description

As a Lead Consultant- Oracle SCM(MFG) Techno Functional, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Supply Chain Management projects across various industries. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute solutions that drive business value.

You will be working closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and goals. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope.

In this capacity, you will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your technical expertise in Oracle SCM (MFG) and functional knowledge of industry processes will enable you to provide expert guidance on solution design and configuration.

Ultimately, your goal will be to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations while driving business growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in ERP implementations, specifically in Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. MBA or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS modules
  • Experience in coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
