Job Title: Senior Manager

As a key member of our organizational leadership team, this Senior Manager will be responsible for leading various human resources initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving People Practices & Policy Implementation:
    • Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:
    • Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation.
    • Develop and implement talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
    • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform business decisions.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Compliance & Audit Support:
    • Ensure the organization adheres to all employment laws and regulations.
    • Support site-specific audits and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Change Management:
    • Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies to minimize disruption to the business.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders during periods of change.
