Job Summary:

A seasoned Equity Relationship Manager is required to drive business growth through strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets, revenue growth, and product mix objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
  • Cultivate deep understanding of customers' needs and work towards bridging gaps in their investment requirements
  • Maintain expertise in equity and derivatives products, as well as market dynamics

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to manage top-end client relationships and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in equity and derivatives products, along with a strong understanding of equities markets
  • Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment mandatory

Education:

  • Graduation or MBA
