Job Title: Director - Wealth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wealth management division, ensuring high-quality investment solutions and client-centric financial planning.

The successful candidate will drive the development and expansion of our wealth management strategy, aligning with our global investment vision. This involves developing strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and team members to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our wealth management strategy, ensuring alignment with our global investment vision.
  • Distributor Management: Work with our channel partners to bring global investing products to their clients via their relationship managers and advisors.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing knowledge and logistics for global diversification of their wealth and investments.
  • Portfolio & Investment Management: Oversee client portfolios, present global asset classes that clients may find interesting, and help them make and manage investments in identified products.
  • Market Research & Product Insights: Stay ahead of global market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities to discover and curate unique global products that suit our clientele.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of wealth advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
