Global Investment Research Talent Partner

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our innovative Talent Acquisition team in India. As a key member, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and global investment research to evaluate, screen, and interview candidates for investment analyst and research roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess technical skills, analytical thinking, business judgment, and cultural fit of candidates
- Provide exhaustive feedback summaries and propose suitable candidates to the appropriate business unit
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design targeted evaluation processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualities of an experienced investment research professional
- Exceptional academic foundation (MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent degree in finance)
- Professional experience in renowned financial institutions or global investment firms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past hiring and interview experience
