As a Talent & Leadership Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to life and operationalising our global People Strategy, with a particular focus on deployment across our EMEA and Asia Pacific region. You'll work across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community, collaborating with colleagues from all regions to design and deliver initiatives that support our most critical strategic priorities.

QualificationsCore Responsibilities
- Partner across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure impact.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address real business needs.
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
- Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with deep understanding of our organisational context.
