Seamless Network Connectivity Specialist

Dear Candidate,

Our organization seeks an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in ensuring the stability and efficiency of network connectivity, VDI access, and end-user support for our offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure, along with a passion for troubleshooting and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless network connectivity and efficient VDI access for offshore teams.
  • Manage JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments with strong hands-on expertise.
  • Deeply understand VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Resolve Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune) proficiently.
  • Have a solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience working on remote desktops.
  • Candidate should be from any of the Tier-1 cities in India.
