We transform the way people experience road journeys by making transportation more efficient and reliable through technology innovation and strategic partnerships with various ecosystem players.

About the Role:

We seek an experienced Product Analyst who can leverage analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and product knowledge to drive insights that shape product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets (user behavior, funnel metrics, transactions, cohorts) to uncover actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports to track product health, growth funnels, and engagement trends.
  • Conduct deep dives into problem areas to identify root causes and opportunities.

Experimentation & Measurement:

  • Design and analyze A/B tests, feature launches, and product interventions.
  • Define success metrics and ensure proper instrumentation for new features.
  • Quantify the business impact of product changes and recommend next steps.

Product Partnership:

  • Translate data into clear stories and recommendations for Product Managers and leadership.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities based on market/user data.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/BI to improve data pipelines and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Python/R for advanced analysis is a plus.
  • Solid grounding in statistics (confidence intervals, significance testing, regressions).
