**Product Insight Specialist Role Summary:**

  • We are seeking an expert in data analysis to help us drive business decisions.

**Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze various data sources to uncover insights that answer key business questions about products and services.
  • Business Impact: Ensure that all programs provide the business benefit as outlined in the original business case for the project.
  • Process Improvement: Represent the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Product Analytics Experience: Proven experience in analyzing consumer/user insights and working with Product Analytics tools such as Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and HotJar.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Advanced level quantitative analytical skills including statistical techniques such as cluster analysis, hypothesis testing, segmentation, competitive analysis, AB Testing, etc.
  • BI Tools: Advanced knowledge on Business Intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is essential.
