Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Imerys.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Safety and Compliance:
- Evaluate and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate regular safety meetings to address concerns and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
- Office Management and Efficiency:
- Oversee administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, including clearing payments for subscriptions, managing maintenance contracts, and dispatching shipments.
- IT and Telecom Support:
- Guarantee seamless operations for all communication equipment and services.
- Collaborate with respective departments and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Sales Support:
- Provide logistical assistance to sales teams when needed.
- C coordinate customer events in collaboration with site teams, communications, and concerned managers.
- Communications:
- Represent Imerys as the primary point of contact for external communications and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers for exhibitions and events within budget.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and conferences for customer days and Imerys internal meetings.
- Develop and manage promotional materials according to Imerys guidelines.
- Assist business partners with local marketing tools such as the Secar Gazette and web-based events.
- Conduct post-event debriefings to share assessments.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange flights, trains, visas, hotels, cars, forex, and SIM cards for team members and inbound visitors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in office management.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Good multitasking abilities.
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Ability to supervise people.

Salary: Approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on location and experience.
