Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate data across Marketing and Admissions to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze trends, costs, and revenues to forecast performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare variance and productivity reports comparing targets vs. actual achievements.
  • Track daily team performance metrics using CRM reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in software systems such as LSQ; tech-savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.
  • 6–9 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with CRM reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
