Job Title: HR Director

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our human resources team.

Job Summary

As an HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Source and hire candidates across India through reputable job portals.
    • Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement:
    • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
    • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
    • Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
    • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

We seek a candidate with minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Senior HR Executive (ECommerce or Online Retail preferred).

Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
