Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of a branch, ensuring that sales performance and customer satisfaction are met. Key responsibilities include managing branch operations, developing strategies to increase revenue growth through agency channel development, overseeing general insurance sales, health insurance sales, and broker activities, handling alternate channels, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

  • Manage branch operations to achieve efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Oversee the sale of general and health insurance products as well as brokerage services to meet business objectives.
  • Promote optimal productivity by managing direct sales and field sales teams.
  • Nurture and retain existing client relationships while acquiring new ones through effective communication and collaboration.
