Job Title: Process Associate

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in an innovative work environment? As a Process Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of service desk analysts, ensuring high performance, accountability, and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of service desk analysts to achieve high performance and quality of work.
  2. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to team members to ensure they are adequately trained on technical skills, service desk processes, and customer service standards.
  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Oversee the incident and request management process to ensure that issues are prioritized and resolved within agreed SLAs.
  5. Manage escalated incidents and service requests that require higher-level intervention, coordinating with other technical teams as necessary.
  6. Monitor ticket queues and ensure tickets are handled and resolved within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science.
  • Relevant work experience in Knowledge Management and Team Management.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
