Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to manage our construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing data, analyzing information, and making informed decisions to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members to deliver high-quality results are essential.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, and construction is preferred.
  • Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, is critical.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of practical experience in construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Commercial construction project management experience.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, clients, and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality when required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling and Budget software, Clarizen, and SharePoint.
