About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Leader to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The Compliance Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
