Sales Business Development Representative

At Kido, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
